1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bl7 ("bl7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bl7.org (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bl7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bl7 Platform or any affiliated platform.

bl7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bl7 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bl7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify bl7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your bl7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• One Account Per Household: bl7 reserves the right to limit one active account per household address or shared IP address at its sole discretion.

bl7 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bl7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bl7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bl7's discretion.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your bl7 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by bl7 within one (1) business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within minutes of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) additional business day depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirement: bl7 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You must ensure your account is fully verified to avoid delays.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the capabilities of the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the Platform's cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

bl7 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bl7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General conditions applicable to all bl7 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the bl7 Platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and specialty games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment.

bl7 is committed to fair play. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favor of the house beyond the stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bl7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bl7 Platform — including but not limited to the bl7 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bl7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bl7.
• Use the bl7 name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of bl7's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bl7 and its licensors.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bl7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Damages arising from reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability.

bl7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bl7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bl7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

bl7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bl7 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bl7 cannot guarantee absolute security.

bl7 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

bl7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to seek help.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

• You fail to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• bl7 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• bl7 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination for cause, bl7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bl7 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the bl7 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bl7 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

bl7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bl7 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, bl7 may also send a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the bl7 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
